BOOKING CONDITIONS & COSTS

• Each booking is for a minimum of 1 week, from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning.
• The price for the cottage is the same all year round
• This is AUD $895 for 2 people, and an extra AUD $95 per person up to a total of 8 people.
• Linen and towels are included along with a fully equipped house that has all you will need for a very comfortable stay.
• A 30% deposit confirms your booking
• Unforseen circumstances do happen from time to time, so I am happy to refund your deposit provided the house can be re-booked for that period.
• Full payment is preferred six weeks before departure and is non-refundable
• It is probably a good idea to take out travel insurance at the time of confirmation or booking to provide protection in the event that you need to cancel
